The challenge
Livingroup develops and rehabilitates real estate across several countries, and every project generates a steady stream of invoices. The finance team was reading each one, working out which project and cost centre it belonged to, and filing it by hand.
What we built
We built agents that read each invoice, check it, allocate it to the right project and cost centre, file it where it belongs, and produce the outputs that accounting and reporting need.
The outcome
Around 98% of invoices now go through without anyone touching them. That gives the finance team roughly a day back every month for work that actually needs judgement.
